On Saturday, April 14, 2012, the YMCA is the site for a fun day of FREE events for those attending the ¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!® annual celebration in Dallas, Texas. Participants enjoyed the indoor and outdoor activities including tennis clinics, soccer games, dancing classes, and fabulous cooking demonstrations. Participants also had the opportunity to join the Pasos Saludables walk.  A range of FREE health screenings were also available. Entertainment and giveaways of health and fitness-related prizes, video dance and bike games were part of the day’s numerous activities and attractions!
